Running throughout Devon every full moon

Our 2025 CASH (Camping And Social Hash) weekend will be held across the weekend of 6th - 8th June 2025

--- SOLD OUT ---

The venue will be the Harford Bridge Holiday Park, north-east of Tavistock, Devon, PL19 9LS

To keep registration cost to a minimum, this is to be a pay-as-you-go weekend, so most of the food and drink will be up to you, but we'll be visiting pubs and there will be takeaway options too.

Firstly you'll need to book your pitch with the above campsite direct on 01822 810349 and use the booking reference "Devon Lunatics Hash House Harriers" - this is important to obtain the savings we've negotiated for you!

Tent and motorhome pitches will initially be within our own area and the discounted rally rates are £22.50 per pitch per night (inclusive of up to 2 x persons with EHU)
(NOTE: 2 people using 2 small, one person tents may occupy a single pitch)
It's first come, first served for the reserved pitches, then wherever the site has availability.

Secondly, you'll need to register for the event by completing this registration form.
You will be sent acknowledgement of your registration and details of how to pay your registration fee of £20. (Due to 'paying-in' issues, we're not accepting cheques)
As soon as hash cash has confirmed receipt of your payment you will be sent confirmation of your registration.

NOTE: Day trippers are welcome to join us on the Saturday. In order to have an idea of numbers, you are also requested to register for the event by completing this registration form.
As above, you will be sent acknowledgement of your registration and details of how to pay your Day Registration fee of £5.

Here's the rough plan, and is as always with a hash, subject to change at short notice! ...
Friday afternoon welcome at the site with a drink and some light snacks/BYO picnic, before heading off in search of beer!
Saturday, after you've had your breakfast we'll be off on trails for 'longs', 'shorts' and 'walkers' - and even the possibility of some public transport, so bring your bus pass if you have one! There will be opportunities to buy lunch on trail. Once back to the site we'll have a circle and then do whatever you want to. The Peter Tavy Inn is just a mile away, or there might well be a few beers left over from Friday's reception.
Sunday morning there will be a short 'wail with the witch' trail, before departing site. If Sunday lunch is required, advance booking is recommended at the Peter Tavy Inn. The mis-management are very likely to retire there!

We look forward to seeing you on June 6th!
