Running throughout Devon every full moon

Our 2024 CASH (Camping And Social Hash) weekend will be held across the weekend of 21st - 23rd June 2024

The venue will be the Leadstone Camping site, Dawlish Warren, Devon, EX7 0NG

To keep registration cost to a minimum, this is to be a pay-as-you-go weekend, so most of the food and drink will be up to you, but there will be plenty of pubs and takeaway options for you to choose from.
Firstly you'll need to book your pitch with the above campsite, with a reference of "Devon Lunatics H3" - this is important!
Contact is Nikki: Email / Tel: 01626 911067.

Tent and motorhome pitches will initially be within our own area and cost, for example, £66 for 2 nights (Friday/Saturday) based on 2 sharing.
It's first come, first served for the reserved pitches, then wherever the site has availability.
Additional nights can also be booked if required.

Secondly, you'll need to register for the event by completing this registration form.
You will be sent acknowledgement of your registration and details of how to pay your registration fee of £20. (Due to 'paying-in' issues, we're not accepting cheques)
As soon as hash cash has confirmed receipt of your payment you will be sent confirmation of your registration.

NOTE: Day trippers are welcome to join us on the Saturday. In order to have an idea of numbers, you are also requested to register for the event by completing this registration form.
As above, you will be sent acknowledgement of your registration and details of how to pay your Day Registration fee of £5.

The rough plan is, and as always with a hash, subject to change at short notice! ...
Friday afternoon welcome at the site with a drink and some light snacks/BYO picnic, before heading off on a typical Friday night hash involving a 'couple' of the local hostelries.
Saturday, after you've had your breakfast (BYO or visit the Farm Cafe next to the campsite) we'll be off on trails for 'longs', 'shorts' and 'walkers' - and even the possibility of some public transport, so bring your bus pass if you have one! There will be the opportunities to buy lunch on trail. Once back to the site we'll have a circle and then revisit some of the pubs from the previous evening and hope we're still welcomed there.
Sunday morning there will be a short 'howl with the wolf' trail, before departing site. If Sunday lunch is required, advance booking is recommended at the Mount Pleasant. The mis-management are very likely to retire there!

We look forward to seeing you on June 21st!
